[email_language] Use a specific language for the emails (Privátny)

Issue

I would need to check how sending emails works in cz vs sk. It's probably sent from a domain where someone is currently moving. So a Slovak email can come to the Czech account while working with the Slovak version web.

I'd like to check it out and come up with a solution. It should probably work in such a way that a person chooses a language somewhere and it will use cz / sk emails accordingly. Alternatively, I would temporarily send everything via Czech, depending on the complexity.

Investigation & suggested solution

How it works:

• event is sent to the user from the web, where it were fired. E.g. when we log into SK web and send a message to someone, the message is in SK. It doesn't matter, if we registered on CZ or SK web. So possible solution is to set language of the emails depending on the email address. Probably we need to add a new setting, will be paired with the member email address and we will get the setting depending on the recipient address. So if we are on CZ web and send a message to XY (he is SK), the message will be in SK. After a registration, we will set SK or CZ emails accordingly

Accepted solution

Set all user emails to CZ (EN on EN site). Add option to the user account settings page to change the language of the emails. After registration, use the website language and set it to the user account, so CZ -> CZ, EN->EN, SK->SK.
