Předpokládané chování: 1 cs and 1 sk article is there

There should have been a PDO exception logged. I know we can't just make article names and languages unique, coz there's also status, but I think there should be a way to create some DB constraint to prevent such things in the future, this is a critical data layer bug that it's even possible
