Possibility to purchase a whole course - with nested sections (Privátny)

A new section with linked articles will have a button to purchase all nested sections - articles recursively.

packages purchasing
- number of lessons / exercises
- average rating
- total price
- purchase whole section / whole package (containing multiple sections)

Rejected after agreement with David. We don't need it anymore.
