Jak vyvolat chybu: Edit a manual function and submit the form as an ordinary user

Chybné chování: A user said the Edit buttons next to the function parameters disappear and it's not possible to translate the parameters after the function has been submitted.

Předpokládané chování: The parametr buttons will be visible for the user who submitted the function.
