[endpreview] limitation (Privátny)

increase the limit for [endpreview] tag in articles. it should be per % of article content length there should be some condition that limits where you can put the tag (if it's too far in the article it's gonna get overwritten?!) the limit should be different for lessons and exercises (resp. for exercises and everything else)
