[compilers-spam] Compilers e-mail spam 2 (Privátny)

Problem: When an automatic test which is verifying whether compilers works fine fails, an e-mail notification is immediately sent. It often happens that the server is just overwhelmed and the test fails even tho there's no problem at all and when run again it passes.

TODO: Let the test fail 3 times before sending an e-mail to prevent this from happening
